Weekend Getaway...

In the Thüringen Mountains with Family and Friends...

...17 km ~ 11mi hiking...

...this was the 1st hiking trip for the little one...

...chillaxing...

...Jana falling back from the group and taking a few photos...

...730 km ~ 454 mi above Sea level...

...ending the hike at a lodge in the woods for a nice grill session...

...we really needed this weekend journey, even if it was just a short one.

We like this kind of balance each year for something new and familiar.
